Welcome to our family-run complex, featuring a charming villa with a private swimming pool in the picturesque town of Vodice. Drawing upon our 20 years of experience in apartment rentals, we have transformed our beloved country stone house into a dreamy rental property, ready to fulfill your holiday aspirations.
Our story
It all started 16 years ago when we took the exciting step of planting our very own olive grove. We carefully nurtured 250 olive trees, and over time, our property bloomed into a lush and beautiful sanctuary. Inspired by its natural splendor, we decided to build a house—a place where we could unwind during weekends and gather with our loved ones for memorable celebrations, which we affectionately call "Festa" in Dalmatia.
Having spent more than 20 years in the tourism industry, we couldn't help but notice the incredible potential of our little paradise. To make it even more appealing, we decided to add a swimming pool, transforming it into an enticing retreat. In 2022, alongside the pool, we renovated the house, giving it a charming boho-style decor. Villa Ivana, boasting around 100 square meters, offers a perfect setting for private and peaceful holidays, while still being conveniently close to the city and the main beaches in Vodice.
